I agree — blaming everything on “talent” is a huge mistake. I completely believe anyone can learn to draw really well with enough time and effort. That said, the argument in the video feels a bit weak — not because the conclusion is wrong, but because the old drawings still show clear signs of visual intuition and stylization. And for someone who truly can’t draw like that even after trying, it can feel alienating or frustrating. Unpopular opinion maybe (and I might get hate from both sides), but it seems like everyone’s mixing things up and demonizing each other. Traditional art requires time, skill, and discipline — no doubt about that. It should be valued. But AI-generated art can also be expressive, thoughtful, and personal — just through a different process. Some people don’t want to spend thousands of hours learning anatomy — they just want to get a vision out of their head. AI gives them a way to do that. That doesn’t mean they’re lazy or evil. At the same time, using AI doesn’t mean we should dismiss the work of human artists. It’s not a war. We can respect both paths — they serve different needs and require different skills.
