A pattern I noticed is a need to 'humble' us artists mixed with a sadistic pleasure of saying we're going to lose our jobs and will finally have to work for something below minimum wage because we're these arrogant elitists that have all this "talent" they don't possess. Most of the AI bros I had the displeasure to talk to showed nothing but contempt and hatred for artists. They're also very edgy and cringe.
Meanwhile I'm a hobbyist artist who draws for fun when I'm not too tired from working 12 hours per day but I guess I need to be put in my place for daring to hog all this scarce resource that is "talent" all to myself.
