I hate how these "AI defenders" don't give a shit about the AI that WILL be the future, making people's lives way better. They only care about consumerism and free stuff. It speaks volumes. We're not against AI itself, we're against the AI that steals from artists and authors who do what they love.
You won't see these so called defenders saying "AI is the future" with anything that isn't generative AI in it. Like they don't care about AI currently helping researchers find cures for brain deceases and cancer, and even prosthetics for disabled people. They only care about their stolen "free" slop.
And then they talk about how "AI art makes art more accessible to disabled people".
They truly don't give a shit about AI unless it benefits their obsessive consumerism.
