You have no idea of effects of your "fight back" thing. Confusing an AI makes it really shity for now, prevents people of generation things they wanted, but NOT preventing your pictures to be in dataset. Also there are already ways to bypass your dataset polution thing, its only a matter of time for this to be implemented in latest AI architectures. You are basically gatekeeping people with no skills in drawing from making things they want. Thats hella selfish, you know?
