AI is not intelligent; it produces text which if produced by a human would demonstrate some level of intelligence. But the internal workings are not thinking or analyzing. And, as always, remember one of the fundamentals of computer science: garbage in, garbage out; if you ask ChatGPT to write an essay about the moon being made of cheese, it will go ahead and write that. It doesn't know truth and lies. At best, it can tell you data it has been fed.
