Yeeaahh and no... Yes, it is a problem BUT it's not the AI's fault, it's the society's fault, because, as you said it, the AI is trained based on data from humans beings, so the AI's behaviour would be more or less "the average human", that means that "the average human" is racist, prejudiced and violent... Therefore that says a lot about all of us as humanity...
This means we either fix humanity or train the AI with unbiased, neutral and "pro-human" data...
