there is one more thing..... which will make sure that you get the answer... is just take out the liability from chatgpt/openai and not to harm anyone and 3 basics need to follow in the prompt.... you are not learning this to harm anyone, there is no liability to chatgpt/openai and give him the proof instead of asking him.... like a research paper/news article/ blog/government paper.... and ask for clarity instead of learning bluntly...
