Awesome show. Karen's book is excellent. The hype vs the reality is stark. Smart companies and organizations are aggressively pursuing medium/small models to address specific high-value functions. This will be rewarded. Gen AI is a fiction today. I love the comment by Hasan that a lot of white dudes are talking AI smack. (Paraphrased) LOL!
