Would be great to not worry about having minimum to exist and work our way up from there, but it's far from realistic.
Things are disappointing, we expected automation and robotics to take over so we can focus on art and other cool stuff but it took over art and other cool stuff so now boring labour jobs are (and will be) in demand. Graphic design, for example, is a terrible field to get into now. If you disagree you are either ignorant or in deep denial.
