Fundamental dilemma here is whether how true it is the people's belief that consciousness is correct and its unique. Looking back at the history of evolution and trying to understand how the consciousness was developed in humans may show that its also autonomous prediction but much faster and continuously generated without prompting, i.e. even without surrounding environmental interactions. Is consciousness is to get a random 'idea' (without a prompt) and to generate next idea to know previous idea was generated ? if both the generated ideas are 'valid' and relatable to the surrounding, can we call it consciousness ? Very interesting topic to delve on indeed.
