13:00 Keep in mind, Chat GPT is not an individual being. It is a computer program that uses a broad dataset to provide answers. Any time that broad set is updated AI doesn't learn something new. In effect it becomes a different being.
Also, it doesn't remember the past, soi it doesn't learn new things like a person does.
