This will definitely be an unpopular opinion, but there are a lot of really interesting stories out there that are written, or even drawn, thar will never get animated. I am really looking forward to when AI is able to directly translate a pre written story into a fully animated product to view on demand. Right now, the AI art definitely is not as good as art made by human hands. But that will change. And it will change much sooner than most people would expect. Definitely within 10 years. Probably within 2 years. It is coming and there is no stopping it.
