A lot of IFs need to become true for this scenario to become true: e.g. Hardware Quantity, AI power consumption (which is insanely inefficient at the moment), enough IT/AI/data engineers, Regulation Approval etc.
The described scenario is much further away than you picture it in this video, remember ChatGPT was released 3 years ago and the affect on the workforce is still not that great.
