An easy bit of supporting evidence to AI art not being copy writable is that how these AI models operate is taking input (sentence) converting that to a sequence of numbers, then doing a bunch of 'math' that ends up spitting out an image. In fact you can 100% replicate someone else's 'ai art' if you know what settings they used and the random number seed. No one should be able to 1 for 1 copy your artwork with no effort. If that happens, you're not an artist and/or you didn't make art.
