If we made it against the law to buy, sell, trade, gift or transfer any personal information. AI systems like this couldn't exist in a legal way... Or require compensation for each data point that is you or your activity. Could make it to expensive to use. Hell I am waiting for the phone company to enforce or buffer through the national do not call list. So I do not suffer the dozen or so calls daily from scam artist, healthcare insurance sales calls, and someone trying to get me to buy a car warranty and lets not forget the ghost calls where there isn't anything but silence from a number that isn't in service.
