I work in the banking sector and in my company, every employee has to go through compulsory training how to use AI tools, every manager talks about AI implementation. The big change is already taking place and I'm afraid we are too late to control it. It's a short term pain for a long term gain, although the short term here means 10-15 years. The pain is that millions of people will need to move over to a different career path and not out of their choice. Eventually, whichever job can be replaced by AI, without any loss to quality of confidentiality - will have to be replaced. What we need to fight for is that the process respects basic human rights.
