Didn't Hoyo post a job listing that used an AI generated image like a month ago? If I'm not mistaken there was another official post that had some weird fingers that people speculated was AI and Hoyo said the same thing then as they did in this current incident. Also I vaguely remember people claiming that an animation of Tighnari used for a web event likely used AI because it was super uncanny valley looking
