Two predictions: if AI takes our jobs, there will need to be a universal pension to stabilize the economy, and a government to manage it.
Either the government lets AI run unchecked, which will cause a collapse, only the very poor and the ultra-rich will remain, and the middle class will disappear. I believe that with the current president, this is the most likely outcome.
Prepare for a time of total darkness and misery, because by the time governments realize the scale of the problem, many will suffer.
