This is a great real-world example of where AI agents actually deliver ROI 👍
What I really like in your approach is the guardrails: grounding the agent on a clear knowledge source and explicitly telling it not to answer when the info isn’t there.
That single rule alone prevents 90% of the “AI support gone wrong” scenarios people fear.
