Love these videos Dagogo. Personally, I think we are just at the top of that first drop on the rollercoaster where people are starting to realise AI isn't the cure all they think it is. The other thing these huge companies forget...if they get AI to replace humans, who will have the money to buy their products? AI and robots don't eat Taco Bell or need things from supermarkets and some people want to talk to a real person. Banking did something similar outsourcing overseas years ago.
