It's the same with illustration. I tried it a bit and I realized that for people who can't draw, AI must be an amazing magic app. But for people who do draw, the output really can't match what's in your mind's eye, no matter how you try to wrangle the prompt. The hype will probably disappear once they get rid of free & cheap tier, and only people who use AI professionally & enthusiast with knowledge + machine strong enough to run their local AI will remain. I just hope this means we'll stop getting shoved with slop every other turn on the internet.
