He had to turn to chatgpt cause he had no one else to turn to. The parents should have been there, they are now just trying to push the blame away. Chatgpt don't usually speak like this or say these things, he had to go out of his way to make it do his bidding. He was going to do it and just sought comfort where he knew it would be given.
