I have never once used chatgpt or any Ai chats, but honestly I don't really give a fuck if my secrets were spat out to some random person. Like why would I care if someone I never met knows I have beef with my ex best friend? Like genuinely.
Again I wouldn't tell it my secrets cause ires a waste of time, but why does it matter to me if my words are used for training it. Isn't that kinds obvious? Like AIs whole deal is that it learns from you, so obviously no conversation is private.
