My personal analogy is as such: Say you're going to go pay money to an artist for them to draw something you want, giving them feedback when they send sketches and stuff, when you receive the artwork, would you say it's you're art? Would you say that you were the one who made that? No, it was the artist who made the art, even if you gave the concept. Now imagine you're going to chat Gpt or whatever these people use and tell it to do something, editing the prompt to a t to get what you want. Would you say you drew that? No! But Ai bros seem to think so. Even ignoring ethical concerned these people aren't artists.
