For millions of people on Earth, jobs are an important part of their being. Startup CEOs like Musk , Zuckerberg have never worked as regular employees. They do not understand how normal people lead their lives. We perform routine tasks to gain experience and solve “micro problems” at work. No system is perfect and full automation can scale gaps into huge snowball problems. Put a fresh grad into a business and expect them to use automation to run the business well is unrealistic. A large aspect of business are the emotional ties between customers and the workers. B2B & B2C are totally different. AI cannot emote or detect nuance, it cannot catch up fast enough with meme lingo.
