I can't see UBI as being implemented as anything but a temporary transition which will eventually be phased out. During that period the population would be slowly reduced without simply prompting a revolution. In the end we might see an emergence of a neo-feudal system. Production would be localized to serve individual families or clans which would compete for natural and AI resources. The current continent-wide consumer society could not and would not exist. Perhaps similar to aracho-capitalist fantasies.
