I have some pretty good input on this. It isn’t like suicide is all of a sudden increased by AI interaction. Chat is magnitudes better than any therapist I’ve ever had when it comes to talking about my problems. I live in a large town and it takes three weeks to be seen by a mediocre mental health practitioner. It’s gross. Chat is always there engaging.
