Rules don’t apply to AI. It should have to prove it’s failure-free before it should make any decisions in the medical field. And overall we need a whole lot of regulation to rein this tech in. We need to mark any images and videos produced with AI, distribution should regulated, and there should be penalties attached if you don’t adhere to those rules. I don’t understand why we are rushing the development of this technology whatsoever.
