At least in these clips, he is being very vague about how he is afraid it will go wrong. This is not surprising from the ChatGPT creator because one of the hallmarks of its writing, which it admits to itself, is that it can't prove examples or concrete details to back up anything it is saying. It is a very generic kind of writing. That is one of the reasons I can recognize it is being used in something I'm reading. Right now, it also cannot give sources, so one has no idea where the information came from or how accurate it is unless one has prior knowledge of the subject. In the hands of a gullible public who doesn't understand criteria for evidence, it can probably be used to generate and fuel more conspiracy theories.
