AI is being weaponised. Weapons are being made to be controlled by AI by all major powers. Geoffrey Hinton, in my view, is Oppenheimer in digital form. Geoffrey's desire was to help and advance human kind, but now he realises it could devastate us before we realise how to slow it down before the time when we cant stop it.
