As a former artist, one of my favorite aspects of art is the creative process people go through to make their work.
Be it a picture, film, food and so on, there's little details a passionate artist will usually put in. And that's something that's usually missing with AI.
Yes you can have the AI make a picture of Mario, but that's literally all it is. Compared to a human artist who maybe added a squashed goomba in the background implying this is Mario in the middle of a level rather than Mario just jumping in a random background.
