I respectfully disagree with some of the points raised in the video. AI will never be able to share a connection with humans? What if it will? AI doesn't know how it feels to be human/to have the phenomenon of qualia? What if it will? AI art can not be art because it lacks an individuality that proper of humans? What if AI gets an individuality? What if it will? (Like an AI agent inclined to act a certain way/an AI making a "persona" or "character")[Or maybe another AI development entirely.] AI can't make anything new? (I'm fairly sure it has ALREADY made "new things"...) But even then if it hasn't... What if it will? Yes, there's a certain value related to sharing from human experience, but why would there not also be value in something that came from an artificial being (made in a similar way of being human)'s experience? ONLY human experiences have value? What about animals' experiences? What about alien lifeforms' experiences? what about intelligent beings we do not know of? AI can't learn (to make good art) without human artists? What if it can, eventually? Is using AI (for art at least) "skipping to the end"? I don't think so. I think it's a different way of making an idea "arrive" to the real world (or digital world, if we may). I also think we do not "lose a part of our humanity" if we use AI to do something. Many times when I look at funny (or meme-y) AI art, or when I look at AI pictures that the person that prompted them (that had "artistic intent") wanted to transmit a message/or feelings to the viewers, in those times, I can feel the "humanity" behind it, and the "potential intention" behind the way the AI tool was directed too. [Of course, this last point of mine is a subjective one, but still.] I would also like to point out, that the people that are "Overdependent" on AI, or relying COMPLETELY on AI without trying to truly learn what they are doing, do NOT magically make effective-productive-educational-recreational use of AI, a bad thing. Many people have reported that they've learned A LOT, WITH and THANKS to the use of AI... not DESPITE of it. AI can surprisingly be a good teacher sometimes. It doesn't have to be LLMs. It can be other form of "AI" in the future.
