So I wonder if the reported “Less crashes than humans” is simply because people are scared/weirded out by Waymo’s so they actually stop to watch them when driving near them. I’m near Austin and I know that whenever I see one, it immediately becomes my main concern on the road and I do what I can to avoid them while driving. I’ve seen them do too much crazy shit in downtown.
