Governments around the world should immediately create a risk taxation system for AI. All companies providing and using AI should pay a tax for upending their economies and the huge risk attached to it. This must happen before the tech billionaires move their wealth to some tax free island somewhere . The government’s job is to protect the nation from risk dangers and crimes and this is all of the above.
