I find it funny how content creators make a post about information that is mind breaking without looking into further context. There is a literal setting for you to turn off chat training for everyone. Aswell, the AI doesent use YOUR information. It uses the moments you challenged its limits to overcome them. You can tell it your grandma died and it will comfort you and it wont use that moment as training. And in the case there is a moment where the training is done, it will not go around telling everyone. Your data is mixed with a billion others data. No one will find out shit. Humans literally take inspiration from tragic things to write tragic things. Chatgpt does the same.
