Je trouve le documentaire globalement mauvais. Pour moi c'est même l'inverse ça met en avant la conduite du changement qu’essaie de faire l'état français pour changer les choses pour une fois. Je suis même plutôt fier des services de l'État d'essayer d'optimiser la masse salariale administrative qui cause une partie du déficit de la France.
