There is a case to be said about using AI to save time with arduous parts of the process like background scenery for large projects or reference material for weirdly obscure/specific things. Stuff that a small team of dedicated people could actually benefit from.
But the problem is that AI is just completely flooding the market. To the point where said dedicated small team can't keep up with the mountains of AI garbage that is being pumped out 24/7
