Another fascinating interview in the same vain as Prof Geoffrey Hinton, giving another insight into aspects of the AI realm. Both have tread the line in the projection of consciousness (AGI, Super intelligence, Singularity - you take your pick), whilst circling between sci-fi and reality. IMHO they both provide the shop window into AI but an interview with Karen Hao and Jogie Burchell would give some balance with spotlights into the cogs of AI, and the nuts and bolts of LLM.
