A while ago I was firmly on the side of AI art, I viewed it as a good thing since I falsely believed that artists were somehow "gate keeping" art cause of talent. At some point I decided that if I was going to support AI art against actual human artists I owed it to them to at least sort of understand how much work went into making real art. Since then art, specifically drawing, has been my favorite hobby and I've been firmly against AI art. I really don't get how anyone can feel any sort of accomplishment from typing a prompt and clicking a button.
