Saying that generative AI helps disabled people with art is like saying steroids help women become athletic.
I have autism, and it's a common stereotype that autistic people are extremely artistic and can pick up an interesting prowess or two, there's an autistic savant who can draw entire cities in extreme detail by only seeing it once, and heck, there's even an autistic man who learned to speak backwards!
By saying that generative AI is a tool to assist the disabled, one is implying that people with disabilities don't have the capacity to create art and that some computer-generated garbage is more valuable than any art some disabled person can create, but from the way I see it, having a disability can create extra themes for art and maybe even create a unique style.
