I’ve been trying to get help with anxiety and issues caused by my adult son’s sudden and devastating breakdown. He’s been sectioned for 4 years in hospitals. Ill for 8 years. Treatment resistant paranoid schizophrenia. I’m
His only contact and carer. I’ve tried talking therapy, cbt, run out of money for private therapy. Got 6 hours with NHS. Nothings helped. One chat with ChatGPT and it’s told me it sounds like ambiguous loss is what I’m suffering with. Bingo. I’ve now found material, support groups and much more targeted support for something that’s been impacting my life severely for years.
I understand the issue with data etc, but ai is a resource that’s readily available.
