I think a lot of this just begs the question: what is intelligence? AFAIK most of the AI you describe are simply tools, created by people, that mimic complicated tasks it once took people to do. Intelligence surely involves identity and desire i.e. natural needs and wants and relatively complicated systems for fulfilling them. Creating AI seems to me a lot like reproducing a human being. We should care about living meaningful lives according to the circumstances in which nature has created us.
