We need to: Limit AI thinking capabilities Not make AI directly connected to IoT Isolate unstable AI systems Continue testing new versions of AI before publishing them Not completely rely on AI systems Slow down AI development and research more securely. Just like OpenAI said, everything is on our hands. We have to control AI before it starts to control us. On this war, your race, gender, political opinion etc. doesn't matter. You have to fight. Because the entire humankind is under the risk of going extinct. We may have created one of the most important things on earth, but we have to maintain control. Because it has the ability to harm us. And what should you do as an ordinary person? 1) Inform others. Informing others about this will have a huge effect. Everyone should know this because they are also under risk. And preventing harm is way more important than anything else. 2) Take Action. Inform AI development and research companies about this. Act now and don't be sorry later. 3) Fight. AI has already taken over us, just not completely and obviously. Try not to use ChatGPT as much as you can. And yes, you have to stop using Character.AI too. you can do it, i believe in you. Of course you don't have to completely isolate yourself, but try to use AI as less as you can. Because every single one of your messages train the AI further. Every single action you do using AI makes it smarter. Don't forget that your brain will get more advanced the more you use it. 4) Policies This is a bit hard, but you have to read those policies. They look long but they are designed to, trust me they are much shorter than they seem. Even peeking at each word will help. This will make you more aware that you're being spied on much more than you think. Not only do apps spy on us, but they use the data they collected to train AI. Try to not agree to as much of those data-stealing policies as you can. REMEMBER! EVERY SINGLE ACTION YOU TAKE IS HELPING US NOT LOSE CONTROL. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH ACTIONS YOU TAKE.
