The issue is that AI is still in private interests. Dude used Uber as an example and lets stick with that. Uber drivers have to drive sun up to sundown just to barely make a living. If AI becomes regulated and government oversight then maybe and thats a soft maybe we can get universal income etc. but private interests will always do what it wants and wield its power over government
