Am I the only one who doesn't see our future as bleak as every AI scientist you interview? Personally, I don’t understand what the problem is. At the moment, the world is corrupt, messy, and not really great for us—and to me, whether AI brings a great future or a catastrophe, it’s still a step forward either way. Anyway, you ask every AI expert the same question: ‘What will we do if AGI becomes a reality?’ Well, as someone who has worked all his life, who spent years in school only to learn that real training happens on the job because school never prepared me, I think I would finally do whatever I wanted. I would learn the skills I always wanted to learn, the ones I didn’t have time for, because this world has taken away the most valuable resource we have… time. "Give me time, and I will bring my dreams to the front of my everyday life."
