It's all hype, they've done the business tests for customer service with AI and it has failed miserably. I noticed how this gentleman has retracted a lot of his statements about the Doom forecast with AI. He now has settling backed off his predictions about the Armageddon of AI AI is limited and actually I'm not worried about it except in the surveillance state.
