A long time ago, the cobblers' collective voice, in unison had merit in local government, because taxpayers needed shoes. Today, no one cares for Al Bundy or whoever your Amazon shoe delivery guy is abd what he advocates. Collectively, we lost our voice. No different from Sudanese or Gazans in the marketplace. Can you, or your fellow worker, stop city hall? Netanyahu can. Will a mayor or a General ever need you or your kind? Voting requires intimidating presence with known ability to withhold and to cancel some vital need they have from you and your community.
