19:24 Yes, this is my experience (the first programmer, not 2nd) with using Claude and Codex - it's called spec-driven development. Well, actually there's one extra thing that AI can do really well - create a prototype. It's so trivial to create a few prototypes just to visualize what the possible solution could look like. I would never do this before AI. I would be scared to waste time on something that may not be in the eventual actual solution. With AI, it's trivial to brainstorm prototypes.
Then I spend some time developing a spec or plan after I've had AI help me prototype possibilities.
It's truly insane to me to think people are against this amazing tool. You people are going to get left behind!
