Dang....how is this video just going to end the way it did. Almost the entire video is him saying "deciding whether it's sentient or not isn't actually the biggest concern" (he said the fact that a small group of ppl are controlling the development of these AI systems that interact with the entire world is the true concern). But then at the very end he's like...."oh and btw i think we need to make sure we are asking the AI permission to experiment on it." Lol wait....
