Writing is my life, both scientifically and recreationally, so it's terrifying how unworried a lot of people I have talked to have been about the idea of AI generated writing in general (especially some who have encouraged it in schooling). I love writing and language far, far too much too ever be okay with it being roboticized in this way.
Stories are one of the most human things about us, and it's a darker world when that is watered down.
